The staff helped with luggage transfer, and i appreciated their quick email responses. the washroom and shower were fairly large. It felt luxurious. amenities like shampoo and conditioner were available, i found that helpful.

the hotel sits near kabukicho, on its quieter edge. a laundromat is just across the street. there are two convenience stores nearby. access to three train stations makes getting around easy. the staff were very helpful with our luggage and spoke english well. they also answered emails quickly.

i found the room a little bare, but this was not a big issue.
